BLOXGATE is a fan-made community and statistics platform focused on old-school Roblox “PWNAGE” experiences—ranging from brickbattle and sword fighting to gun-and-sword clanning, niche clanning events, obby courses, and more. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

2. Information We Collect

a. Data from Your Roblox Account:

  • Username and User ID
  • Avatar thumbnail and any public group or rank affiliations
  • Public badges you have earned
  • Public friend list (only if you explicitly allow it during OAuth permissions)

We do not collect your Roblox password, email address, or any other private credentials.

b. Gameplay and Site Activity Data:

  • Kills, wipeouts, streaks, and other game-specific stats submitted via our plugin
  • Challenge participation and progress data (e.g., daily challenge metrics)
  • Hunt participation and target assignment details
  • Emblems and badge unlocks earned in BLOXGATE
  • Invite/referral activity (who invited whom, timestamp)
  • IP address and approximate geographic location (city/state)
  • Device and browser type
  • Timestamps of visits, pages viewed, and click actions

c. Voluntary Information You Provide:

  • Contact Forms: name and email address if you email or submit a ticket
  • Feedback/Support: comments or messages sent through [email protected]

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Gameplay & Leaderboards: Populate profiles, update leaderboards, award emblems/badges.
  • Site Functionality: Authenticate via Roblox OAuth, link in-game stats to your profile, diagnose issues, improve performance.
  • Prevention of Abuse: Detect and prevent cheating, fraud, and abusive behavior.
  • Communication: Respond to support requests; send administrative announcements.
  • Advertising & Analytics: Serve ads via Google AdSense; use Google Analytics for usage patterns (none tied to Roblox identity).
  • Paid Features: Process stat-reset purchases through third-party payment processors (we do not store credit card details).

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

a. Essential Cookies: Session cookies to authenticate, keep you logged in, prevent fraud.

b. Functionality Cookies: Persistent cookies to remember display preferences, language settings.

c. Performance & Analytics Cookies: Google Analytics (_ga, _gid) for anonymized site usage. Opt out via Google Analytics Opt-Out.

  • Persistent Statistics: Retained indefinitely unless you request deletion.
  • Account Inactivity: Marked inactive after 24 months, potential removal of basic profile data after 36 months (anonymized aggregates kept).
  • Legal Obligations: May retain logs or records longer if required to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

7. Children’s Privacy

BLOXGATE is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us personal data, contact [email protected] to request deletion.

8. Your Rights & Choices

  • Access, Correction, Deletion: Request to view, correct, or delete personal data via [email protected]. We respond within 30 days (Roblox OAuth may be required).
