1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BLOXGATE website (including all subdomains and related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the site immediately.

2. Not Affiliated with Roblox

BLOXGATE is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation. Any mention of Roblox, its platform, or services is purely for fan or educational purposes. Roblox’s name, trademarks, and assets belong to Roblox Corporation, and BLOXGATE does not claim ownership of any Roblox intellectual property.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use BLOXGATE.
  • If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
  • By using the site, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you do not, you must stop using BLOXGATE.

4. Your BLOXGATE Account

  • Public browsing is allowed without an account.
  • To participate in certain features (stat tracking, leaderboards, invites, daily challenges), you must log in via Roblox OAuth.
  • BLOXGATE does not collect or store your Roblox password or other sensitive credentials. We only use Roblox’s OAuth flow to verify your identity and access public Roblox data (username, user ID, avatar).
  • By using BLOXGATE, you also agree to comply with Roblox’s Terms of Use and Community Standards.
  • If you lose access to your Roblox account, you lose access to your BLOXGATE profile.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate Roblox’s Community Standards or any applicable law.
  • Misrepresent yourself as affiliated with BLOXGATE or Roblox.
  • Hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit site features.
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect any site data or user information.
  • Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
  • Use automated scripts (bots) to interact with the site.
  • Circumvent or disable security measures.
  • Impersonate another user or use another person’s account.
  • Engage in harassment, hate speech, or other objectionable conduct.

6. Roblox Platform Compliance

BLOXGATE operates under Roblox’s Third-Party Application Program Policy. In particular:

  • We collect only public and non-sensitive Roblox data (username, user ID, avatar thumbnail, group/membership info, public badges).
  • We retrieve game statistics via an approved in-game plugin, not by scraping or unauthorized means.
  • We do not claim any ownership of Roblox IP or user content; all such content belongs to Roblox Corporation or its users.
  • We do not mislead users into thinking BLOXGATE is an official Roblox product.
  • We maintain security and do not collect personal or payment information outside of approved third-party processors (see Sections 9 & 13).

7. User Content and Contributions

  • Any stats, challenge progress, emblems, or other data you submit become part of your public BLOXGATE profile unless you request deletion (see Privacy Policy).
  • You grant BLOXGATE a non‐exclusive, worldwide, royalty‐free license to display, track, and rank your public stats, badges, and emblems within the platform.
  • We reserve the right to remove or ban any user or content that violates these Terms, Roblox’s policies, or is otherwise harmful to the community.

8. Emblems, Stats, and Resets

  • BLOXGATE may award emblems based on cumulative performance in approved games (e.g., 100 kills, 1 000 kills, 2 500 kills).
  • You may voluntarily reset certain site‐tracked stats (e.g., knockouts and wipeouts) via your profile page. Emblems you have already earned will not be revoked by a reset.
  • Admins (verified users with elevated privileges) may override or manage these stats when necessary for moderation or fraud prevention.

9. Purchases and Premium Features

  • Some features (for example, stat resets) may be offered as paid upgrades. When you make a purchase, you agree to the following:
    • All purchases are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.
    • We use third‐party payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal) to handle transactions. BLOXGATE does not store your credit card or billing information.
    • You authorize your chosen payment provider to charge your account for any purchases.
    • We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect past purchases.
    • If you encounter a problem with a paid feature, contact us at [email protected]; we will investigate and may issue refunds in exceptional circumstances.

10. Google AdSense and Advertising

  • To support BLOXGATE’s operation, we may display third‐party advertisements via Google AdSense or similar networks. By using BLOXGATE:
    • You consent to the placement of advertising cookies and third‐party tracking (e.g., Google Analytics for ad performance).
    • Ads may be personalized based on your browsing on BLOXGATE and other sites.
    • To opt out of personalized ads from Google, visit Ads Settings.
    • BLOXGATE does not share any personally identifying information with advertisers.

11. Admin Panel Access and Moderation

  • Certain verified users receive admin privileges (section owner, moderator, lead admin, owner).
  • Admins may:
    • Post or delete articles in the “Articles” section.
    • Ban users (bans prevent login but do not delete past data).
    • Reset user stats outside of the standard in‐profile reset feature.
    • Create or remove “Main Events” for challenges.
  • Admin actions are logged for security and auditing. Abuse of admin powers may result in removal of privileges and ban.

12. Intellectual Property

  • All original BLOXGATE content—site code, designs, emblems, articles—belongs to BLOXGATE or its creator(s).
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
  • The name “BLOXGATE,” its logos, and any trademarks are property of BLOXGATE.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

BLOXGATE is provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties—express or implied—regarding uptime, data accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. We do not guarantee that any statistics pulled from Roblox games are 100 % accurate; they depend on the plugin, Roblox’s APIs, and user behavior.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLOXGATE will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the site. This includes, but is not limited to, errors in stats, lost opportunities, or any disruptions caused by server downtime.

15. Termination and Enforcement

  • We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including:
    • Violation of these Terms or Roblox policies.
    • Attempted fraud, cheating, or exploitation.
    • Harassment or hateful conduct toward other users.
  • Termination does not affect any rights or remedies we may have at law or equity.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When changes occur, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of BLOXGATE after that date means you accept the new terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (federal) and, where applicable, the laws of the State of [Your State]. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms will be adjudicated in a court of competent jurisdiction within that state.
